What a fantastic turnout yesterday at the 5th Big In Japan Event!
It was great seeing and networking with an incredible group of people passionate about innovation and collaboration between Israel and Japan.
Our own Moshe Sarfaty hosted for a virtual fireside chat Keisuke Arai , Director of New Listings at the Tokyo Stock Exchange, who shared an interesting view on the economic growth of the Japanese public market.
This was especially relevant as the Nikkei reached an all-time
high market cap just this month, and we see more and more international investors investing in Japan’s capital market.
This event strengthened the support we feel from the Japanese business community and Japan in general during these difficult times. We still see Japanese investment and collaboration with Israeli companies, even if these do not make the headlines.
We want to thank the esteemed Ambassador of Israel to Japan, Mr. Gilad Cohen and the Deputy Ambassador of Japan to Israel, Mr. Seiichiro Takahashi, for their opening remarks.
